Currently, as described above, some Science-Cafè were streamed mixing the audience in presence with the public at home.
In this new methodology,for the first experiment the experts and a little part of public are in presence, the audience are on line. 
In the second experiment, we made a fully virtual science café. The experts were on line (they live in Edinburgh), the moderator and a little part of public were in the venue SMS-Rifredi, in Florence, ad the biggest part of public was on line,
