Since the chat can be detached by itself, one can put the video and the related chat in different places. For instance, after having followed the instruction in "programming an hangout", you can open a new page (another delphi), insert a two-by-two table, and put the video (using the Youtube gadget) in the upper-left cell, a description or a provocative image in the upper-right cell, the chat in the lower-left cell and the delphi survey in the lower-right cell.
